Nancy's chocolate tofu pudding

Ingredients

12 ounces Lowfat soft tofu
cup Equal sweetener
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
