Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds White corn
2 tablespoons Lime
3 quarts Water

Directions

Place corn in kettle, add water and lime and allow to boil for 2 hours, or until corn begins to peel.

Remove from fire and cool. Rub corn between the hands until skin and kernel separate, and rinse in cold water until white.
