Hominy mexicali

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Can white hominy; drained
1 tablespoon Sour cream
½ cup Shredded Jack cheese
1 small Can chopped Ortega chilis
Salt to taste

Directions

Mix the above carefully and put into small buttered casserole & sprinkle with 3 tbs. bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

For 12 persons, use 2 large cans hominy and triple other ingredients. Bake in 3 quart casserole. This is a good, easy dish to serve with barbecued meat.
