No-bake holiday fruitcake (december)

Ingredients

1 | pack | Graham cracker crumbs (16 ounces); crushed |
1 | Container red candied cherries (6 ounces); coarsely chopped | |
1 | Container green candied cherries (6 ounces); coarsely chopped | |
1 | Container candied pineapple; (6 ounces) | |
2 | cans | Sweetened condensed milk; (14 oz. each) |
1½ | cup | Pecans; coarsely chopped |
Directions
Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, letting the wrap hang over the sides a few inches. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and thoroughly mix with your hands. Place the mixture in the lined pan and cover well. Freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight, before serving. To serve, invert onto a serving platter, remove the pan and plastic wrap, and cut into slices. Store any remaining cake in the freezer.
