No-crust spinach pie

1 | cup | Mushrooms |
1 | cup | Red peppers |
1 | pounds | Ricotta cheese |
1 | pack | Spinace, frozen, drained |
4 | Eggs | |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
Salt and pepper |
Directions
Saute the mushrooms and red peppers. Cool. Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Happy Charring
