Spinach pie 2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Bread crumb pie crust
2 packs Frozen chopped spinach; defrost and drain
Salt and pepper
4 Egg whites; or 2 eggs
2 cups Cottage cheese; 1/2% fat
2 Onions
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Saute onions till browned. Mix with spinach, seasonings, eggs and cottage cheese. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 3 0 min. at 350F.
