No-peek chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Chicken, broiler-fryer, cut in serving pieces
cup Minute Rice, uncooked
1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 can Condensed Cream of Celery soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 pack Dry Onion Soup & Dip Mix (1 1/2 oz)

Directions

Preheat oven to 300F. Mix Minute Rice and both cans of soup in 13" x 9" baking dish. Distribute evenly in bottom of dish. Place chicken pieces in single layer on top of rice-soup mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup over top. Cover tightly and bake at 300F for 2½ hours.
