1 | Envelope dry onion soup mix |
Directions
Mix together well
Add one lb. bag peeled baby carrots, approximately an equal amount of scrubbed, quartered or eighth-ed (depending on size) new potatoes, and approximately 3 12-oz. cans ginger ale. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2 hours.
