Noodle and cheese casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Pasta; Cooked & Drained
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
½ cup Minced Onion; * See Note
8 ounces Plain Yogurt; * See Note
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Ground Pepper; * See Note
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Egg White; Optional
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese; * See Note

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Oil a small casserole.

Combine all ingredients, except pasta, until blended.

Place pasta in casserole; pour cheese mixture over top and mix in well.

Bake about 10 to 15 minutes or until set.
