Oatmeal crisps

2 cups Butter
2 cups Brown sugar, firmly packed
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 Eggs
3 cups Sifted flour
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Baking soda
6 cups Quick cooking rolled oats
2 cups Raisins

Directions

Cream together butter and brown and white sugars until fluffy. Stir in vanilla, then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in rolled oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a well greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
