Oatmeal pudding cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Butter or margarine; softened
¼ cup Sugar
¾ cup Brown sugar; packed
1 pack Jello instant Vanilla pudding mix, 4 serving size
2 Eggs
cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
cup Quick-cooking oats
1 cup Raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar and pudding mix. Add eggs and beat well. Combine and add flour and baking soda.

Mix well. Stir in oatmeal and raisins (batter will be stiff). Bake on sprayed cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.

NOTES : Do not double - too much for mixer bowl.
