1 cup Wild onions -=OR=- leeks, well chopped
1 quart Watercress
cup Sunflower seed oil
cup Cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Maple syrup
¼ cup Sheep -=OR=- wood sorrel
cup Dandelion leaves
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

DRESSING

Toss together the salad ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients & mix well. Toss the salad in the dressing & serve.
