Old domminion meatloaf

2 | pounds | Lean ground beef |
1 | cup | Yellow onion |
1 | cup | Shredded potato |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | can | Campbell's Vegetable Soup |

½ | cup | Finely chopped green pepper |
2 | eaches | Medium eggs |
⅛ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
2 | slices | Dry bread |
¼ | cup | Catsup |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Tear dry bread into pieces. Shred 2 or 3 medium potatoes. Mix ingrediants, except catsup, in large mixing bowl, until thoroughly combined and mixture holds together. Spray 9x24 ovenproof dish with Pam or some other vegegetable oil spray.
Place meatloaf mixture in dish trying to leave ½-inch space around edges. Put catsup on top of mixture. Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour.
