Old domminion meatloaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Lean ground beef
1 cup Yellow onion
1 cup Shredded potato
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
1 can Campbell's Vegetable Soup
From Dan St.Clair Chesterfield, VA
½ cup Finely chopped green pepper
2 eaches Medium eggs
teaspoon Dried basil
2 slices Dry bread
¼ cup Catsup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Tear dry bread into pieces. Shred 2 or 3 medium potatoes. Mix ingrediants, except catsup, in large mixing bowl, until thoroughly combined and mixture holds together. Spray 9x24 ovenproof dish with Pam or some other vegegetable oil spray.

Place meatloaf mixture in dish trying to leave ½-inch space around edges. Put catsup on top of mixture. Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour.
