These pretty little molds make zippy accompaniment for seafood. 1 inch stick cinnamon ½ teaspoon whole cloves ½ teaspoon whole allspice 1⅓ cups sugar 1 ⅓ cups water ⅔ cup vinegar 1 package lemon-flavored gelatin 1 cup stuffed green-olive slices ½ cup chopped California walnuts ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries Combine spices, sugar, water, and vinegar. Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes; strain. Add gelatin to hot mixture; stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients and pour into tiny individual molds or 8 ½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½-inch loaf pan. Chill till firm. Makes 8 to 12 servings Submitted By SALLIE KREBS On 03-04-95
