One pan potatoes and pepper steak

4 | mediums | Potatoes, sliced 1/4\" thick |
Microwaved 6-10 minutes until tender | ||
1 | pounds | London broil, thinly sliced |
1 | tablespoon | Garlic pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 | each | Green pepper, cut into thin strips |
Directions
While potatoes cook, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat; add beef and toss 3 minutes. Remove beef. Add green pepper to skillet; toss 3 minutes.
