Crockpot peppers & steak

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Lean round steak;1-in thick
2 Green peppers;*
1 cup Beef bouillon
¼ cup Low-sodium soy sauce
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

*Seeded and cut into ½ inch strips. Cut steak into serving portions.

Place half the steak in crock-pot. Arrange green pepper strips around steak. Place remaining steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours (on HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours). Submitted By KOUNTRY COOK #1 @1912232* On 07-06-95
