Orak orik (cabbage scramble)

2 tablespoons Oil
3 eaches Garlic clove
½ teaspoon Salt
½ each Cabbage, small; very finely
2 eaches Scallion; finely sliced
1 tablespoon Onion; chopped
3 ounces Shrimp, small; cooked & dice
½ teaspoon Pepper, black
4 eaches Egg; beaten

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the onion, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper and stir-fry until the onions are translucent. Mix in the cabbage and then add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until the eggs are set. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with scallions.
