Cabbage surprise

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium Cabbage; cut in wedges
2 ounces Sharp cheese; grated
½ can Mushroom soup;
3 tablespoons Butter -=OR=-
3 tablespoons Margarine;
10 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

Cook cabbage in water until tender, but not soggy. Drian well. Mix together the cheese, soup, butter or margarine and crackers. Return cabbage to pan. Pour soup mixture over cabbage and heat.
