Orange chocolate sauce

12 ounces Evaporated milk
6 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup Butter or margarine
½ cup Frozen OJ concentrate, thaw
2 cups Sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Orange extract

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine milk, chocolate chips, butter, and orange juice concentrate. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until smooth. Increase heat to medium-high. Gradually stir in powdered sugar and bring to a boil. Stirring contantly, reduce heat to medium-low and boil 8 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in orange extract.
