¼ cup Sesame seeds
8 Boneless chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper
6 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Fresh orange juice
½ cup Fresh lemon juice
cup Mango chutney
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Orange zest; (peel)
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper

Directions

MARINADE

Place sesame seeds in a small bowl. Salt and pepper chicken. Melt butter in skillet. Cook chicken breasts in butter about 3 minutes on each side. Whisk together marinade ingredients and pour into 9x13-inch baking dish. Place partially cooked chicken breasts in marinade and cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. Yield: 8 servings.
