Spicy orange beef stir fry

2 OXO beef bouillon packets
cup Water
¼ cup Orange marmalade
¼ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce *
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
6 Green onions, sliced
¼ cup Diced green pepper
1 cup Diagonally sliced carrots
2 cups Cooked diced beef
3 cups Hot cooked rice
Peeled orange segments **

Directions

* may be doubled ** for garnish ====================================================================== ==== Combine OXO, water, marmalade, seasonings and cornstarch. In large skillet, stir fry onion, peppers and carrots in oil, until tender. Add beef and continue to stir fry. Add OXO mixture and cook until thickened. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
