Orange tea biscuits

½ | teaspoon | Morton's Lite Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Orange rind, grated |
4 | teaspoons | Fleischmanns Unsalted Margarine |
¾ | cup | 1% milk |
16 | Sugar cubes | |
Orange juice |
Directions
Sift flour before measuring. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt & orange rind. Cut in margarine. Add milk. Roll dough approximately ½ inch thickness. Cut into 2 inch biscuits. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Dip a sugar cube into the orange juice & press one cube into the middle of each biscuit. Bake at 450F for approximately 10 minutes. Watch these carefully as they burn easily due to the sugar cubes.
