Orleans house salad with green onion dressing

2 cups Torn lettuce leaves
1 cup Shredded red cabbage
1 cup Shredded white cabbage
3 Carrots,shredded
2 Ribs celery,diced
1 Red bell pepper,diced
1 Green bell pepper,diced
1 Yellow bell pepper,diced
2 Tomatoes,cut in quarters
Radish stars
1 Egg yolk
1 cup Chopped green onions
3 tablespoons White vinegar
1 tablespoon Creole mustard
¼ teaspoon Chopped garlic clove
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Vegetable oil

NOTE: This is the house salad served at Orleans Cajun-Creole retaurant in West Los Angeles, California.

1. Put all ingredients except tomatoes, radishes and dressing in salad bowl.

2. Spoon 4 tablespoons dressing over salad; toss (add more dressing to taste).

3. Garnish with tomatoes and radishes. *** DRESSING ***

Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
