Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Fryer; cut up
¾ Stick butter (up to)
2 cups Biscuit mix
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Melt butter in pan large enough to hold chicken. Combine dry ingredients in bag, put chicken in bag and shake. Place in pan. Cook, uncovered, at 375 for 1 hour or until done. Turn after 30 minutes.
