Ingredients

1 pack Foster Farms Chicken Combo pack (about 3 pounds)
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Pineapple juice or water
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Grated ginger
2 Cloves garlic finely chopped

Directions

TERIYAKI SAUCE

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Line jelly roll pan, 15x10x1 inches, with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken in pan; bake 40 minutes. Brush on Teriyaki Sauce. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until sauce browns and chicken is no longer pink when cut into. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Teriyaki Sauce:

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients, stir to dissolve cornstarch. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer about 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
