Over-stuffed turkey pitas

1 | small | Red onion cut into thin slices |
4 | tablespoons | Coured cream or greek yoghurt |
Chilli powder for sprinkling |

~ BBC Good Food Dec 96 Serves 4. Prep. 10 mins, cooking time 5 mins Heat oil in a ffrying pan and fry onion till golden and crispy. Quickly stir in the turkey, cajun spice or chilli powder (not too much) and the stuffing. Toss together until lightly browned and warmed through. Make a slit in each pitta. Mix the lettuce witht he red onion and pack into the bottom of each pitta bread. Pile the turkey mixture on top, and then add a dollop of sour cream or greek yoghurt. Sprinkle with chilli powder and serve warm.
