Smoked turkey-and-watercress pitas with brown mustard sauce

2 | Pita bread rounds, cut in half | |
4 | slices | Smoked turkey breast |
8 | slices | Unpeeled tomato, (1/4-inch-thick) |
1 | cup | Loosely packed trimmed watercress |
½ | cup | Shredded lowfat, low-sodium swiss cheese, (2 ounces) |
Directions
Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl, and stir well. Spread mustard sauce evenly on inside surface of each pita half. Place 1 turkey slice, 2 tomato slices, and ¼ cup watercress in each half; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pita half).
