Smoked turkey-and-watercress pitas with brown mustard sauce

Ingredients

¼ cup Plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons Spicy hot mustard
2 Pita bread rounds, cut in half
4 slices Smoked turkey breast
8 slices Unpeeled tomato, (1/4-inch-thick)
1 cup Loosely packed trimmed watercress
½ cup Shredded lowfat, low-sodium swiss cheese, (2 ounces)

Directions

Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl, and stir well. Spread mustard sauce evenly on inside surface of each pita half. Place 1 turkey slice, 2 tomato slices, and ¼ cup watercress in each half; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pita half).
