Ingredients

2 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Butter
1 medium Onion, minced
1 large Carrot, minced
4 Ribs celery, minced
1 cup Flour
32 ounces Cn whole tomatoes, minced
2 quarts Beef stock 8c
Salt and pepper
2 cups Half and half

Directions

Pam Pam East, SF Brown meat. Add butter, onion, carrot, and celery.

Stir in flour and cook 10 mins. Add tomatoes, stock, salt and pepper.

Bring to boil, simmer 1 hr. Add half and half 10 mins before removing from stove. Can be frozen. If too thick, add more stock.
