Panamanian hot tomato beef

1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Seasoning salt |
1 | teaspoon | Habanero hot sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
2 | slices | Tomatoes |
1 | large | Onion; sliced |
¼ | teaspoon | Oregano |
Directions
In Spanish: Biftec Picante con Tomate al Estilo Panameno Pound the sirloin and then rinse it under running water. Pat the sirloin dry and place it in a large ceramic bowl.
Pour the soy sauce, seasoning salt, and pepper sauce over the steak and marinate for 20 minutes.
In a medium skillet, heat the oil and brown the steak on both sides. Add the tomato slices, onion, and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes.
