Papaya habanero salsa #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Ripe papaya
2 Limes
10 Habanero peppers
1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Chopped ginger
½ cup Vineger (preservative)

Directions

Stem the peppers (leave the seeds :>), juice the limes, throw it all in a blender until smooth, simmer in saucepan for 10 min, cool and refigerate.

Same basic recipe works for Mangos and I suppose if you don't like garlic as much as I do, you could cut that back and be fine as well.

Great on chicken, pork or some kinds of fish.
