Parsley, pea and orange pasta salad

250 grams Dried pasta penne; cooked and

50 grams Frozen petit pois; defrosted (2oz)
2 Oranges; pared into segments
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
5 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley

Directions

FOR THE PASTA SALAD

FOR THE DRESSING

Place the pasta, peas and orange segments in a bowl and mix.

Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients together in a screw top jar.

Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta, pea and orange mixture, stir to incorporate. Serve immediately. Converted by MC_Buster.
