Passover beef roll

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 Eggs
1 pack Potato pancake mix
¾ cup Matza meal
¾ can Tomato and mushroom sauce

Potato pancake mix. Mix with one egg, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon matza meal.

Mix meat with all ingredients, except pancake mix. mix well together. Roll out ½ inch thick. Put potato pancake mix on top. Roll up like jelly roll.

Pour remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour.
