Pasta salad with bacon and avocado

Ingredients

2 cups MAGGI Pasta crests
4 Bacon rashers; cooked and cut into
; strips
1 Avocado; diced
12 Cherry tomatoes; halved (12 to 16)
2 tablespoons Capers; (optional)
1 Spring onion; sliced
¼ cup Grated or shaved parmesan
2 tablespoons Parsley sprigs
¼ cup Oil; preferably olive
; oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice or wine vinegar
1 teaspoon French mustard
½ teaspoon MAGGI green herb stock powder
1 tablespoon Honey
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling water and cook for 8½ minutes or until just tender. Drain. Rinse under cold running water, then drain thoroughly.

Place the pasta in a bowl with the remaining salad ingredients.

Prepare the dressing. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Just before serving, toss the salad with the dressing. Serve immediately.
