Pasta with creamy garlic and walnut sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Cloves garlic; peeled
1 cup Walnut halves; toasted and cooled
cup Heavy cream
¾ cup Parmesan cheese or Romano; shredded
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper; ground
1 pounds Shaped pasta; such as bow ties
Extra walnuts and cheese

Directions

Place garlic, walnuts, cream, cheese, salt and papper in food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover. Process until smooth.

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Toss with sauce. Garnish with additional toasted walnuts and fresh herbs and serve immediately with additional cheese, if desired.
