Peach cream royale

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Chocolate Wafer Crumbs |
1½ | cup | Vanilla Wafer Crumbs |
2 | cups | Graham Cracker Crumbs |
½ | cup | Butter, melted |
½ | pounds | Marshmallows |
2 | tablespoons | Orange Juice |
2 | cups | Freestone Peaches (Canned), drained & diced |
½ | pint | Whipping Cream |
Directions
Mix crumbs and butter. Press ⅓ crumb mixture firmly in bottom of 9 x 9" dish. In a saucepan over low heat, cook marshmallows with orange juice until melted. Cool. Stir in peaches. Whip cream until almost stiff; fold peach-marshmallow mixture into it. Pour half of this mixture into pan.
Cover with ⅓ of crumb mixture. Pour remainder of cream mixture over this and cover with remaining crumb mixture. Chill at least 2 hours.
