Peach glazed spareribs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can 16oz sliced peaches, drained
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 each Garlic glove, minced
½ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Catsup
¼ cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
4 pounds Iowa spareribs
Pepper to taste

Directions

Sieve peaches or puree in blender. Add remaining ingredients, except ribs. Cut ribs in serving size portions, rub with additional salt and pepper. Grill, bone side down, over slow coals for 20 minutes. Turn again, grill 20 minutes brushing with peach mixture.
