Peanut butter granola

1 | cup | Creamy peanut butter |
1 | cup | Corn oil |
½ | cup | Honey |
9 | cups | Rolled oats |
1 | cup | Toasted wheat bran |
1 | cup | Wheat germ |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300F. In a small saucepan, gently heat the peanut butter, oil, and honey until it is smooth and homogenous. Blend the oats, bran and wheat germ together in a 9 x 13 in. baking dish.
Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over all and stir with a wooden spoon to distribute the liquid. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, stirring once or twice. The granola should be golden brown.
