Pear salsa

1 | medium | Onion, chopped |
1 | Green pepper, chopped fine | |
1 | large | Garlic clove, chopped fine |
2 | tablespoons | Finely chopped parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh oregano OR |
1 | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh basil OR |
1 | teaspoon | Dried basil |
½ | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
2 | mediums | Tomatoes, seeded and chopped |

2 | To 3 pears, peeled & chopped |
Directions
Heat oil in medium frypan. Saute onion until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add green pepper, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, oregano, basil and Tobasco sauce; cook 2 minutes. Remove frypan from heat and stir in tomatoes and pears. Cover and refrigerate.
