Pecan fudge pie

Ingredients

cup Light corn syrup
½ cup Sugar
cup Cocoa
cup All-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 eaches Egg
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine --
Softened
teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Pecans -- chopped
1 each Pie crust (9 inch) unbaked
1 pack Whipped cream, light --

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the first eight ingredients until smooth. Stir in nuts; pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 deg. for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Garnish with whipping cream if desired. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
