½ | cup | Pecan Halves -- for granish |
1 | 9 Inch Pie Shell, Unbaked | |
And Refrigerated |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in butter and broken pecans. Pour into pie shell. If you like, make a design when placing the pecan halves on top. Bake for 45 to 50 mins or until the center is firm.
