Pecan stuffing

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Chopped Pecans |
| 4 | cups | Bread cubes |
| 4 | tablespoons | Butter, melted |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh Basil (chopped) |
| ½ | cup | Sweet red pepper (minced) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cayenne Pepper |
| 1½ | cup | Chicken Stock |
| Salt & Pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients, season with S & P.
Place in greased 9"x 13" baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
