Pepper parmesan burgers

1 | To 1 1/4 pounds ground beef | |
½ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
¼ | cup | Dry bread crumbs |
¼ | cup | Water |
2 | teaspoons | Black pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
4 | Hamburger buns, split |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, water, black pepper and salt; mix well. Shape into 4 equal size patties.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add burgers and cook 7 to 9 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns.
