Peppered pork with orange

1 tablespoon Clear honey
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Schwartz Tropical Pepper - roughly
; crushed
Juice and pared rind of half an orange
4 Pork chops
Orange slices - to garnish.

Directions

Place the honey, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, salt, Tropical Pepper, orange juice and rind in a bowl and stir until smooth.

Cook the chops under a preheated grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with the honey mixture throughout the cooking.

Serve garnished with the orange slices.
