Perini ranch steak rub

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | Corn Starch or flour |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Coarse Ground Pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
½ | teaspoon | Lemon Pepper |
4 | teaspoons | Garlic Powder |
4 | teaspoons | Onion powder |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
1 | teaspoon | Beef Stock Base |
(granulated) |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Either sprinkle or rub into meat. Allow to sit in refrigerator at least 15 minutes before cooking. Place steaks on hot coals (mesquite is best). Baste with butter or margarine while grilling (optional). Cook 10-15 minutes each side for medium rare.
