Steak and chop rub

1 cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Pepper, coarsely ground or cracked
3 tablespoons Onion powder
tablespoon Coarse salt
2 tablespoons Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire powder look for Le Chateau brand
2 teaspoons Ground ginger
2 teaspoons Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Tailored for tender cuts of meats.
