Steak and chop rub

2½ | tablespoon | Coarse salt |
2 | tablespoons | Garlic powder |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire powder look for Le Chateau brand |
2 | teaspoons | Ground ginger |
2 | teaspoons | Dry mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Tailored for tender cuts of meats.
