½ cup Butter-melted
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup Biscuit mix
3 slices Processed cheese

Directions

From : Sallie Krebs, Thu 06 Jul 95 04:00, Area: COOKING Dry pheasant and brush with seasoned melted butter. Dredge pheasant pieces with the biscuit mix. Remove pheasant pieces and place in a roasting pan. Pour butter over bird, cover and bake in a 350 oven for one and a half hours. Remove from oven and place cheese on pheasant pieces, return to oven and cook until cheese has melted and is slightly brown.
