¼ cup Lemon juice
15½ ounce Consomme
1 Clove garlic-minced
cup Water

Directions

From : Sallie Krebs, Thu 06 Jul 95 04:00, Area: COOKING Dredge pheasant pieces in well seasoned flour. Brown well in hot oil in a large skillet. Add lemon juice, consomme, garlic and water.

Cover and simmer about one hour or until tender. Thicken liquid for gravy.
