Pineapple ambrosia

Ingredients

3 | cups | Miniature marshmallows |
1 | can | (20-oz) crushed pineapple (in own juice); drained |
1 | can | (20-oz) pineapple chunks in juice; or tidbits, drained |
1 | can | (11-oz) water-packed mandarin oranges; drained |
1 | cup | Fat-free plain or tropical-flavored yogurt |
½ | cup | Flaked coconut |
Directions
In a large bowl, gently combine the marshmellows, crushed pineapple, pineapple chunks or tidbits, oranges, yogurt and coconut. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Makes 10 side-dish servings.
