Ingredients

gallon WATER; COLD
gallon WATER; HOT
12 pounds ICE
3 LEMON FRESH
3 gallons JUICE; PINEAPPLE #3
pounds SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB
6 TBSP COLD WATER MAY BE USED.

Directions

1. DISSOLVE SUGAR IN WATER. COOL.

2. ADD LEMON AND PINEAPPLE JUICES AND WATER TO SUGAR SOLUTION.

MIX THOROUGHLY. COVER AND REFRIGERATE.

3. ADD ICE JUST BEFORE SERVING.

NOTE: 1. IN STEP 2, 12 OZ LEMONS A.P. (3 LEMONS) WILL YIELD ½ CUP JUICE.
