Pineapple broiled loin chops

4 Loin lamb chops (3/4\"
Thick)
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
1 teaspoon Basil
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Grated orange rind

Directions

Sprinkle lamb with salt. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour pineapple juice mixture over lamb; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Remove lamb; reserve marinade. Broil lamb 3-4" from heat 5-7 minutes per side, basting frequently.
